Refund policy
Returns
LORAC will accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase date. For discrepancies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning an item, please call our customer service at 1-844-505-2796 to get an authorization number. An authorization number must accompany all returns. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for purchase, but shipping & handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as LORAC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping unless an exception is determined by LORAC.

Return Instructions
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
