LORAC will accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase date. Prior to returning an item, please call our customer service at 1-844-505-2796 to get an authorization number. An authorization number must accompany all returns. Refunds will be credited to the credit card account used for purchase, but shipping & handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as LORAC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping available only for Ground Shipping orders within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping not included. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is NOT eligible for Free Ground Shipping. For expedited shipping (2nd Day/Next Day), please do not enter a Promo Code. All orders over $150 will require an adult signature. Please note that if you receive a call from a LORAC representative and you waive the required signature, you will be responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will need to inquire with UPS.
